In the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bag, and we will refund you the full amount paid except for the SHIPPING RETURN costs. 
We can arrange the collection from your address for 50£ (about 65$) for international shipping and 45£ (about 50€) for Europe, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
